How it works

Apps are submitted with a real App Store or Google Play listing and reviewed before publication. After approval, a settled contribution of at least $5 makes an app eligible for the public board.

Position = eligible settled balance, highest first. Contributions accumulate; this is not a subscription or a timed auction.

Filters show the same board through a platform or category lens. They do not create a second paid leaderboard. iOS and Android links share one balance.

Eligibility

Apps must be released, reachable on at least one supported store, and represented accurately. We may reject or suspend an app that is misleading, unsafe, infringing, unavailable, or outside the scope of a mobile app directory.

One app can include iOS, Android, or both store links.
A homepage is optional; store URLs are the identity we verify.
Outbid.mobile does not host APKs, scrape ratings, or import download counts.

Payments

Stripe processes contributions. A checkout return is not proof of settlement; the backend ledger and signed provider event must agree before a balance changes. Contributions are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a technical problem affects an approved paid listing, contact support at support@outbid.mobile with the listing reference before making another payment. We can review the listing and payment status.

Contributions are for sponsored placement on this independent directory. They do not buy App Store or Google Play placement, reviews, downloads, or endorsement.

Privacy

Your account email is used for sign-in, submission updates, and payment receipts. It is not displayed on public listing pages. Stripe receives the payment details needed to process a contribution; Outbid does not store your card number.

The private status lookup requires both the submission reference and submitter email. It returns review and payment state only. Do not put passwords, payment details, or claim tokens in a listing description or support email.

Terms and contact

You are responsible for the accuracy and rights of the information you submit. We may update or remove content to keep the board useful. We keep private account and payment details out of public listing pages.
